⏳ Exchange & Return Window

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery (including the delivery day).
  • Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

✅ Eligible for Exchange

  • Size issues
  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective product

📦 Exchange Process

  • Free reverse pickup will be arranged (for eligible cases)
  • Exchange will be provided for:
    • Correct size OR
    • Same product OR
    • Product of equal value

👉 If the new product has a higher price, the difference amount must be paid online

⚠️ Product Condition (Important)

To be eligible for exchange:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags & packaging must be intact
  • Product must be properly packed for return

❌ Exchanges will not be accepted if these conditions are not met

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in genuine cases, such as:

  • Defective or damaged product

📸 To request a refund:

  • Email us with:
    • Order ID
    • Issue details
    • Clear photos of the product

🚫 Refund Not Applicable For:

  • Size issues
  • Slight color/design variations
  • Products purchased during sale or with discount codes

💰 Partial Refund (Special Cases)

In exceptional cases (non-defective returns), if approved:

  • ₹100 will be deducted as reverse pickup charges

🔍 Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color/design may occur due to screen differences
  • If damage is caused due to customer handling, refund will not be processed
  • Do not accept tampered or damaged packages at the time of delivery

❗ Additional Conditions

  • Only one exchange/return request per order is allowed
  • Products that are used or washed will not be accepted
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject requests after inspection
